Surgical Technologists (also known as surgical techs, operating room technicians, and OR techs) assist in surgical operations, preparing operating rooms and helping surgeons, nurses, and doctors before and during surgical procedures.

Diagnostic Medical Sonographer

As imaging technology has continued to evolve, medical facilities continue to use ultrasound to replace more invasive, costly procedures. Ultrasound is often less expensive than other imaging technologies and is often used as a first-line tool for diagnosis.

Medical Assistant

Medical Assistants are trained allied health care workers who perform routine tasks and procedures to support the work of physicians and other health care professionals.

Dental Assistant

The Dental Assistant program at North-West College is a career-focused technical course designed to provide you with the training you need to start working in a dental office.

Medical Insurance Biller & Coder

The number of health insurance customers and people using health care services today is greater than ever as the aging population increases and more individuals have access to health insurance programs. As a result, there is a greater need for trained Medical Insurance Billers and Coders to organize and manage health care information data.

Associate of Science in Health Care Administration

Designed to help students become familiar with the health care delivery system, this
program can provide you with the business, medical, and human resources knowledge you need to launch or advance your administrative career in the world of healthcare.
